Mx-yolov3 version

Mx-yolov3 is a variant of the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection algorithm implemented using the MXNet deep learning framework. It is an improved version of the original YOLOv3 algorithm that uses a more efficient backbone network, called Darknet-53, for feature extraction. This makes it faster and more accurate than the original YOLOv3 algorithm. Mx-yolov3 is commonly used for real-time object detection applications, such as autonomous vehicles and security cameras.
