要将Ubuntu的软件源更换为清华源，可以按照以下步骤进行操作：

1. 打开终端。

5. 保存更改（按 Ctrl + O），然后关闭编辑器（按 Ctrl + X）。
6. 更新软件包列表，使用以下命令：

   sudo apt update

现在您的Ubuntu系统的软件源已经更换为清华源。
