一种基于机器视觉的工件尺寸高精度测量方法

摘要：为了提高工件尺寸测量的精度和效率，在工业自动化领域中，基于机器视觉的测量方法越来越受到关注。本文提出了一种基于机器视觉的工件尺寸高精度测量方法，该方法采用图像处理和计算机视觉技术，通过对工件图像的处理和分析，实现工件尺寸的高精度测量。具体来说，该方法包括以下几个步骤：首先，获取工件图像；其次，对图像进行预处理，包括去噪、二值化、边缘检测等；然后，通过连通区域分析和轮廓提取，得到工件的轮廓；最后，根据工件轮廓的几何特征，计算出工件尺寸。实验结果表明，该方法具有较高的测量精度和稳定性，可广泛应用于工业自动化领域中的工件尺寸测量。

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of workpiece size measurement, machine vision-based measurement methods have attracted more and more attention in the field of industrial automation. In this paper, a high-precision measurement method for workpiece size based on machine vision is proposed. The method uses image processing and computer vision technology to achieve high-precision measurement of workpiece size through processing and analysis of workpiece images. Specifically, the method includes the following steps: first, obtain the workpiece image; secondly, preprocess the image, including denoising, binarization, edge detection, etc.; then, obtain the contour of the workpiece through connected region analysis and contour extraction; finally, calculate the size of the workpiece based on the geometric characteristics of the workpiece contour. The experimental results show that the method has high measurement accuracy and stability, and can be widely used in workpiece size measurement in the field of industrial automation.
