The double worktable composite processing center is a modern multi-tasking, highly efficient five-axis composite processing machine tool, capable of milling and processing complex parts. It is mainly composed of X/Y/Z linear feed axis, B/C rotation feed axis, tool magazine, spindle head, exchange tray and other functional components. In the design of this paper, the automatic tightening of the rotary body to the tray and the fixation of the slide table on the worktable are realized. At the same time, the parts are designed and verified, and the corresponding part drawings are drawn. These works provide important reference and support for the digital design of the C-axis work exchange system for the double worktable composite processing center.
