Embedded system, as the name suggests, is a computer system that is embedded into a larger system, serving a specific purpose. It is centered around applications, based on computer technology, and has software and hardware that can be tailor-made to meet strict requirements for functionality, reliability, cost, size, and power consumption. Embedded systems have become an integral part of our daily lives, appearing in household appliances, industrial and military applications, and even large computer systems composed of many small embedded systems. Therefore, embedded systems are the closest form of computer systems that people interact with on a daily basis. In the context of this paper, the focus is on the design of an Embedded Linux remote control robot. The project aims to combine the power of embedded systems with the flexibility and versatility of Linux operating system to create a remote-controlled robot. The use of Linux in embedded systems offers numerous advantages such as open-source platform, vast community support, and ability to leverage existing software tools and libraries. The robot designed in this project is controlled remotely using a Linux-based interface, allowing users to maneuver the robot, capture images and videos, and perform various tasks without physically being present at the robot's location. The use of embedded Linux in this project provides a stable and robust platform for developing such a system, ensuring reliability and performance. Keywords: Embedded, Microcontroller, Linux Overall, the design of an Embedded Linux remote control robot combines the principles of embedded systems and the flexibility of Linux operating system to create a versatile and functional robot that can be controlled remotely. This project showcases the capabilities of embedded systems in real-world applications, highlighting the importance of such systems in modern technological advancements.
