The design and development of a wages management system is crucial for efficient and effective management of employee wages and related functions. This system is designed to facilitate the query, editing, statistical analysis, previewing, and printing of employee wages. The main objectives of this project include the implementation of four main queries (departmental summary query, departmental query, initialization query, and total wage query), the development of eight forms (login form, selection form, overall query form, departmental query form, statistical form, query selection form, name query form, and record editing form), and the generation of a comprehensive wage report. Additionally, fourteen macros have been employed to facilitate seamless transition between forms and queries (e.g. openform, openquery, close, quit, autoexec). The use of tables, queries, forms, reports, macros, and modules have been integral in achieving the desired functionality for this wages management system. The system not only enhances the efficiency of managing wages but also provides a user-friendly interface for easy navigation and access to relevant information. This project represents a significant step towards optimizing wages management processes and can serve as a valuable model for future system developments.
