"电商平台助力中小型企业融资创新模式研究"

In today's continuously developing socio-economic landscape, small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly seeking more cost-effective and efficient financing methods or platforms to effectively address their funding needs. The emerging crowdfunding, e-commerce financing models, and P2P platforms have effectively met these requirements, becoming the preferred choices for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper aims to explore three main aspects: first, analyzing the funding problems faced by small and medium enterprises in the current development process and the reasons behind them, while also examining the current status and main advantages of financing platforms and methods brought about by internet technologies; second, through the analysis of three common internet financing models, identifying the key aspects and roles of internet financing models; third, combining the previous two points, striving to use advanced internet financing platforms to promote and address the funding difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, effectively improving the efficiency of corporate financing. It is hoped that this paper will provide some insights and references for the development of the market economy, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
