The popularity of online shopping has made many people eager to build e-commerce platforms, and a product that can be quickly launched and fully functional will take the lead. The purpose of this project is to create a easily maintainable, easy to develop, simple and user-friendly online e-commerce website. It provides functions such as registration, login, product search, browsing, purchasing, and backend management. It is a front-end and back-end separated system developed based on the Spring Boot framework. The paper analyzes the background of e-commerce websites and their current feasibility and value in the market. It also analyzes the necessity and advantages of the front-end and back-end separation architecture for e-commerce websites. Based on real-world significance, the paper conducts a systematic requirement analysis of the website, determining both the functional and non-functional requirements. Following this, the paper delves into the overall system architecture design and database design. It then showcases the detailed implementation process of the main modules, along with related testing work, and analyzes the gains and shortcomings of completing the system.
