Distribution path optimization of Zhongshan Dashenlin chain drugstore This dissertation focuses on the distribution path optimization of Zhongshan Dashenlin chain drugstore. During the internship, specific distribution data including warehouse information, distribution planning, delivery time, and delivery volume were obtained from the company. The current distribution situation was analyzed, and potential issues were identified. In order to avoid the impact of the model data on the results during the solution process, the average demand of the distribution stores was proportionally amplified to obtain virtual demand, making it consistent with the comparison in the total distribution volume. The goal of optimization was to obtain the shortest distribution path. Considering the characteristics of the problem and the efficiency of the algorithm, a single-objective genetic algorithm was chosen to establish the model and MATLAB 7.0 software was used for optimization. The final result was an optimized distribution plan that was more efficient in terms of total delivery distance and the number of delivery vehicles compared to the current solution. The theoretical optimization result is expected to improve delivery efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
