Abstract With the development of China's national economy, the application of automated three-dimensional warehouses is becoming increasingly widespread. The use of three-dimensional warehouse equipment can achieve the rationalization of warehouse high-rise, automated storage and retrieval, and simplified operations. The main components of an automated three-dimensional warehouse include shelves, aisle stacker cranes, in/out workstations, and automated conveying and control systems. The electrical control of this project mainly consists of components such as PLCs, stepper motor drivers, stepper motors, DC motors, and other devices from Siemens. This document provides a brief introduction to the project, including the background, research significance, and current situation. It then elaborates on the hardware components, structure, and principles of the system. Additionally, the devices used in this system are introduced separately, with a focus on programming the PLC. Finally, the knowledge and conclusions learned from designing this project are summarized and concluded. Keywords: three-dimensional warehouse, electrical control, PLC
