In the past, the intermediary business of real estate, such as property sales and customer data management, as well as market demand analysis, which relied on manual operation, consumed a lot of time to complete. The data obtained in this way is not only prone to omissions and misreports, but also cannot visually represent the relationships between the data in a timely manner, and cannot further grasp the latest dynamics of the real estate market. Through this system, it is possible to conveniently and flexibly enter, query, and print data in the housing information database; at the same time, this kind of informatized management has many advantages such as large storage capacity and high speed, which can enable users to process information in a timely and efficient manner. In order to meet the requirements of information management for the development of real estate, a house information management system was developed. This system is based on the B/S architecture, and does not require high requirements for the system environment, and simplifies and visualizes the editing, browsing, querying, and analyzing of graphic and attribute data. The content of the paper adopts a complete software development process, and it elaborately introduces the process of how to develop the house information system, including project background, feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis, system overall design, and detailed design.
