基于GIS的成都一环内便利店选址研究

利 stores has been increasing, gradually becoming a major shopping place for urban residents. The rapid development of convenience stores has led to increasingly fierce competition, and the research on convenience store site selection has become an important issue for this development. Site analysis can determine the most investment potential site. GIS technology has been widely used in many fields in recent years, especially spatial analysis of GIS is very suitable for urban commercial site selection work, providing powerful spatial data analysis and processing methods for this research, and realizing the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research. This thesis is based on the research results of GIS technology combined with the geographical environmental conditions of site selection, and has made beneficial exploration of convenience store site selection planning. Through the analysis and research of the relevant factors of convenience store site selection, the thesis comprehensively considers the spatial distribution of population, traffic accessibility, and the current competitive situation of existing retail businesses, and realizes the quantitative analysis of convenience store business district. This paper takes the urban area of Chengdu as the research scope, and uses the spatial analysis ability of GIS to visually analyze the many factors affecting the site selection of convenience stores, and to obtain the site selection scheme area through buffer analysis, overlay analysis, etc., and then compare the current business districts and other factors to select the suitable area for site selection.
