摘要基于序列二次规划SQP优化算法以坝体有限元等效应力为应力约束条件以坝体方量为目标函数并考
虑拱坝柱状浇筑封拱灌浆等施工过程进行拱坝体形优化计算计算过程采用有限元全过程参数化分析方法自
动实现了拱坝的三维建模荷载施加施工过程模拟有限元等效应力计算以及拱坝体形优化迭代等分析过程以
淋溪河拱坝为例进行了拱坝体形优化计算计算结果表明考虑施工过程的优化结果与不考虑施工过程的优化结
果相比更加安全也更具有实际意义优化后的坝体厚度更薄坝体方量减少近 拉压应力已达到约束边界
优化后体形基本上达到了可能的最优体形

Abstract A method for optimizing shape of arch dam based on sequential quadratic programming SQP algorithm is
presentedThis method adopts finite element equivalent stress as stress constraint condition and dam volume as objec
tive functionThe construction process such as arch dam columnar pouring and sealing arch grouting is taken into ac
count as wellThe parametric analysis is realized within the whole process of finite element calculationAll analysis
procedures including threedimensional modeling of arch dam load application simulation of construction process
finite element analysis of equivalent stress and iteration of shape optimization of arch dam can be carried out auto
maticallyThe proposed method is then illustrated with its application to the shape optimization of Linxihe arch dam
The results indicate that the optimized shape of arch dam considering construction process is of higher safety degree
and practical guidance compared to that without considering construction processWhen construction process is con
sidered the optimized shape of arch dam has thinner dam body and the dan volume is decreased about The
tensile and compressive stress zones both reach the constraint boundaryThe optimized shape of arch dam basically
attains its optimal status
