ng systems are made up of network cameras and PC monitoring management software. This project focuses on the design of a new type of monitoring management software for network cameras. The network camera is composed of an STC89C52 microcontroller combined with a 3G router, USB camera, and servo motor. The video data is transmitted in real time through the WiFi function of the 3G router, and then a monitoring management software for Android clients is written. When an Android phone connects to the WiFi network of the network camera and opens the software, it can perform real-time remote video monitoring. Users can also control the movement of the camera in the left and right directions through the buttons on the client software and capture remote images for storage on the phone. Additionally, users can view and manage the previously captured images in the Android client software, providing a certain level of convenience.
