珍稀濒危植物伯乐树生态位模型分析

摘要:本研究基于当代及 21 世纪 70 年代的 19 个气候因子以及中国 13 个省区、110 个有记
录的地理分布点,利用最大熵算法模型(Maxent),结合地理软件 DIVA-GIS 和 ARCGIS,10
预测伯乐树的潜在适生区。结 合野外调查和标本数据,以海拔图层和植被覆盖图层为底图绘
制该种地理分布。研究结果表明,伯乐树潜在适生区位于华南地区,最适分布区位于南岭地
区以及罗霄山和幕阜山。该种常见于 500-2000 m 中海拔山地的常绿阔叶林、常绿针叶林和
落叶阔叶林,适宜气候条件为最暖季度降水量 500 - 2750 mm,昼夜温差 7.8 - 9.8℃。随着全
球气候变化,该种潜在适生区北移,最适分布区面积减少。基于此,我们分析了生态及主导15
气候因子对该种地理分布格局的影响,并对其保护策略提出了建议。

Abstract: In this paper, we aims to investigate the geographical distribution pattern and the
potential distribution range of Bretschneidera sinensis Hemsl., a rare Tertiary tree species in China. 30
A maximum entropy algorithm modelling program (Maxent) and GIS software systems of
DIVA-GIS 7.4.0 and ARCGIS 9.1 were used to construct ENM based on 110 occurrences in 13
provinces or regions and related 19 bioclim environmental variables currently and in 2070s.
Bretschneidera sinensis shows its occurrence in subtropical evergreen broadleaved forest,
evergreen needle-leaved forest or deciduous broadleaved forest in middle mountain regions at 500 35
to 2000 m, which exhibit warm temperature and abundant precipitation. The most suitable habitat
was predicted to be located in the ranges of Mts. Nanling, Mts. Luoxiaoshan and Mts. Mufushan.
The most suitable environmental conditions for B. sinensis were revealed to be characterized by
the precipitation of warmest quarter between 500 and 2750 mm and Isothemality between 7.8 -
9.8 ℃. Compared with present geographical occurrences, the potential distribution range of B. 40
sinensis shows a trend to move northwards in response to global warming based on environmental
data of 2070s. Consequently, biological and bioclim factors involved with the geographical
distribution and endangered status of B. sinensis were analyzed. Accordingly, conservation
strategies were suggested for in situ and ex situ conservation of B. sinensis.
