"非接触式电位器的研究:传感器技术应用与改进"
Potentiometer is a widely used electromechanical component with an adjustable resistance value based on user requirements. Traditional potentiometers are mostly contact-type, which have many drawbacks. To overcome these deficiencies, non-contact potentiometers have emerged. This study focuses on the research of non-contact potentiometers in the field of electrical engineering and its automation. Starting from modern sensor technology, a suitable sensor is selected as a means to achieve "non-contact" based on a deep understanding of modern sensor technology. Through theoretical analysis and considering the limitations of actual production environment, a differential inductance sensor is chosen as the adjustment end of the potentiometer. Furthermore, the sensor circuit is improved to enhance its adjustment stability and sensitivity. A operational amplifier is connected to the output end of the potentiometer, greatly increasing its output range. Through testing the parameters of the design, it is proven that it meets the design requirements and achieves non-contact adjustment of the potentiometer. The key words of this study include potentiometer, non-contact potentiometer, sensor technology, differential inductance sensor, and operational amplifier. In conclusion, this study presents a novel approach to designing a non-contact potentiometer by leveraging modern sensor technology. The improved design offers enhanced stability and sensitivity in potentiometer adjustment, opening up new possibilities for applications in the field of electrical engineering and its automation.
