are paying more and more attention to personal safety, and thus have put forward new requirements for fire and theft prevention measures. This design of smart home control system includes indoor information intelligent monitoring function, input and real-time display function, sound and light alarm function, etc. This paper utilizes single-chip microcomputer combined with sensor technology to develop this fire and theft alarm system. The design adopts DYP-ME003 human infrared induction module, 18B20 temperature sensor, and MQ_2 smoke sensor to detect signals, and then transmit the signals to the single-chip microcomputer for processing to achieve sound and light alarm. The system initializes the temperature and smoke concentration settings through buttons, and uses the LED display module to display the real-time temperature and smoke concentration of the system. The system has a simple structure, stable performance, easy to use, low cost, and practical value. Keywords: fire and theft alarm, 18B20, MQ_2, DYP-ME003.
