弱胶结软岩巷道锚网喷架联合支护技术

摘 要:为研究弱胶结软岩遇水易泥化、崩解对软岩巷道变形破坏的影响,以东胜井田某矿主斜井弱胶结软岩巷
道支护工程为研究对象,通过室内试验分析弱胶结软岩遇水软化机理;通过理论计算,提出全断面锚网喷架支护
方案并给出具体支护参数;利用有限元分析软件 MIDAS/GTS 对弱胶结软岩巷道全断面锚网喷架支护方案进行数
值仿真分析.研究结果表明:较大孔隙的微观结构和较高的伊利石、蒙脱石等亲水性物质含量是导致弱胶结软岩
遇水破坏变形的主要因素;全断面锚网喷架支护形式能够确保支护体系充分发挥作用,围岩变形量较小.

Abstract: In order to research the weak cementation soft rock which meets water prone to mud and disintegrating
infect on the soft rock roadway, the main slope well supporting project in Dongsheng mining area was taken as the
research object. The softening mechanism of soft rock when they met water was analyzed through field
investigation and indoor test. The anchor net spray frame support type and its support parameters were presented
by the theoretical calculation. The anchor net spray frame support type was simulated by using the finite element
analysis software MIDAS/GTS. The research results show that the revealed microstructure and high hydrophilic
material content is the main factor leading to damage deformation after encountering water. The numerical
analysis results show that whole section anchor net spray frame support supporting effect can play a full part and
has a little deformation.

0 引言
弱胶结软岩巷道支护问题是矿井建设中需重
点解决的技术问题

.近些年随着中国煤炭行业的
迅速发展,煤炭的开采逐渐向深部和复杂地质条件
转移,这给巷道的支护带来了前所未有的难题和挑
战,特别是弱胶结软岩巷道支护问题尤为明显
[3-4]
.
工程软岩的复杂性表现为弱胶结、易风化、自稳能
力差、遇水易崩解泥化等显著特点.对于深部井下开
采情况,由于地应力高、富水层、弱夹层等复杂地
质条件使软岩巷道的破坏形式更趋多样,主要表现
为底板起鼓、冒顶、抽冒、扩容甚至塌方,造成重
大的经济损失和人员伤亡
