软PLC系统设计与实现——基于MCGS组态软件的CP监测仪监控软件研究

The realization of monitor software for CPMS based on MCGS has been discussed in this graduation thesis. Software PLC, which encapsulates the control functions of PLC in software and runs in a PC environment, has been introduced as a more flexible and powerful alternative to traditional hardware PLC. Compared to traditional hardware PLC, software PLC has stronger data processing and network communication capabilities, a more open architecture, and greater potential for meeting the practical needs of industrial automation. This thesis analyzes the background and development status of software PLC technology, as well as the significance of the research subject, before delving into a detailed introduction of CP monitoring equipment. The design of the monitoring system for CP monitoring equipment is then discussed, followed by the implementation of the connection between the upper computer system and the lower computer system based on the MODBUS protocol. Testing of the system is also conducted to ensure its functionality. The keywords in this thesis include software PLC, MCGS configuration software, CP monitoring equipment, and monitoring software. This thesis demonstrates the design and implementation of a PC-based software PLC system using MCGS configuration software, providing a practical example of the application of software PLC technology in industrial automation.
