） The rapid development of e-commerce represents the future direction of trade, bringing great benefits to society and the economy. Therefore, the development of an information management system that can realize online shopping functionality has become a top priority. This paper deeply analyzes the enterprise online retail system based on the online shopping framework system, mainly discussing how to utilize the convenient and powerful development tool Visual Studio 2008, develop system functions using the ASP.NET architecture, and use SQL Server 2005 as the backend database for the design and implementation of the enterprise online retail system. The paper elaborates on the structural analysis and functional design of the enterprise online retail system based on the ASP.NET architecture pattern, realizing functions such as user registration, login, product display, and online ordering, and introducing the development principles and functional characteristics of the system. By integrating the characteristics of ASP.NET and comprehensively analyzing the system functions, the basic functions of online shopping have been clearly defined, showcasing specific implementation methods. Overall, the design and implementation of the corporate online retail system in this paper leverages the ASP.NET framework to create a user-friendly and powerful online shopping platform, facilitating a seamless shopping experience for customers while providing essential functions for businesses to optimize their online retail operations. Through the integration of Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2005, the system ensures robust performance and efficient data management, ultimately contributing to the advancement of e-commerce and enhancing the overall efficiency and profitability of businesses in the digital marketplace.
