O引言
基于BIM+理论的船闸运维系统

摘要:在建筑信息模型(BIM)的基础上,通过Unity3D开发可驱动程序的运动仿真,
将物联网与PLC有机结合,研发出三维交互式船闸运维系统,解决虚拟世界与现实世
界实时对应的问题。工程实例应用表明:基于BIM+理论的运维系统可实现智能的运
维管理,并协助运管人员进行准确高效的设施管理。

Abstract:After
the
building
information
model(BIMl

model

the
driver
program
is
simulated
by Unity3D,the
three
dimensional
interactive
lock
management
systems
is
developed
based
on
the
Intemet
of
things
incorporating
with
the
Programmable
Logic
Controller.Thus
the
problems
of
correspondence
between
virtual
world
and
real
world
ale
solved
by
this
system.
Through
engineering
applications,it
is
demonstrated
that
this
system
developed
by
BIM
plus
is
applied
with
intelligency
and
help operator
to
realize
precise
and
efficient
facility
management.
