赣南脐橙中的铜的激光诱导击穿光谱检测分析

摘
要:为了验证激光诱导击穿光谱技术对农产品重金属元素检测的可行性,以实验室经硫酸
铜污染的赣南脐橙为研究对象,并以
CuI
324.
75
nm
为分析谱线,用波长为
1064
nm
的
Nd:YAG
激光器在实验室正常大气条件下,对脐橙样品做时间特性和能量特性影响的实验,通
过信背比的计算比较,得到最佳延迟时间为
1200
ns
,最佳的激光能量为
100
时,且相对标准偏
差为
10.329
毛。然后在这一实验参数下,对
6
个含不同
Cu
浓度的脐橙样品进行实验,建立
Cu
元素浓度与其特征光谱强度之间的定标曲线,线性拟合相关系数为
0.96
,通过定标曲线计算
得到
Cu
的检测限为
10.
81μglg
。由此表明:应用激光诱导击穿光谱技术检测赣南脐橙中的
重金属
Cu
是可行的,但检测限有待进一步降低。

江西赣南是脐橙种植的重要基地,

吨,销往国内外,给当地带来了巨大的经济价值。但
是,随着地区经济的迅猛发展,赣南地区的环境污染
问题越来越严重,水果重金属污染问题也受到广泛
