By designing network topology architecture, database basic structure, constructing network security systems, information sharing and management systems, information publishing and management systems, it is convenient for managers, teachers, and students to publish, exchange, and share information. Modern computer technology and network technology are the basis for digital teaching, which mainly aims at the goals of informationization, networking, and modernization. This study designs and implements an "Online Course Management System" with the aim of exploring a learning model based on the Internet. This system has undergone careful system design, determining the functions of the entire system; based on the B/S architecture, using ASP.NET technology and adopting the MVC model for development and implementation; during the system implementation process, the focus was on researching and implementing user management, course management, interactive Q&A, exam management, and grade management functions, allowing school managers, teachers, and students to engage in online learning anytime, anywhere through the network.
