Abstract: The hydraulic system is now widely utilized in various fields such as machinery, construction, and aviation, serving as a new power source. With the increasing precision of hydraulic components and the integration of electronic signal control, hydraulic systems can achieve high-frequency switching, meeting the requirements of heavy machinery and precision equipment. Hydraulic systems offer numerous advantages, such as producing greater power in the same volume compared to other power sources, providing smooth operation due to their small mass and inertia, enabling infinitely variable speed control, and implementing overload protection. Moreover, hydraulic systems simplify linear motion compared to mechanical transmissions. However, hydraulic transmissions are sensitive to temperature fluctuations and are not suitable for operation in extreme temperature conditions. In machine tools, hydraulic systems play a crucial role in controlling the movement of the worktable and clamping the workpiece. This graduation design focuses on the hydraulic control circuit construction of a multi-axis drilling machine dedicated to gearbox housings. The design emphasizes the sequential action and interlock requirements of the hydraulic feeding cylinders.
