The undergraduate thesis "Design of Voice Guidance System Based on 51 MCU" introduces a design plan for a voice guidance system with 51 MCU as its core. The system is comprised of two main components: an ultrasound glasses detector and a voice reminder. The detector collects data based on ultrasound, processes it through the MCU, and then transmits it wirelessly using a module. The voice reminder, also controlled by the MCU, receives the data and drives a voice chip for reminders. This system boasts advantages such as low cost and ease of use, making it an ideal universal navigation device. The thesis explores a design plan using an embedded system and ultrasonic ranging system, by applying embedded operating system transplantation and presenting obstacle detection optimization methods. The working principle of ultrasonic ranging is utilized to measure the distance of obstacles. Experimental results demonstrate that the system meets real-time processing and accurate judgment requirements on natural blind paths, effectively aiding visually impaired individuals in independent travel.
