Recently,ZWPgratingdiffractionimaginginstrumenthasbeenappliedintheresearchandteachingofbi-grating
imagingeffectsbysomeuniversities.However,thereareproblemsexposedintheuse.Themainproblemisposition
locationofbi-gratingoperationwhichhardlyachievesthe“Z”shapethatisfitforimagingpath,especiallythediagonal
directiondeviationofthesecondgratingwhenitismovingintheplatform,whichleadstomeasurementerrorsforthe
bi-gratingdiffractionimaging,andtheexperimentresultsareinaccurate.Tothegratingimaginginstrument,the
electroniccontrolmethodhasbeenstudied,whichistocontrolmovingandrotationofgratingsmoreeasilyandwith
highmeasurementaccuracy.Thenewreformplanofthegratingimaginginstrumentisdoneandtested,andthe
experimentresultsarecomparedwithbeforereformundone.

Thebi-gratingdispersionandcombinationspectrumimaging(ie.,thebi-gratingnon-dispersiveimaging),whichisa
phenomenonthattheobjectwavesarefirstdispersedbythefirstgratingofthebi-gratingsystemandthenarecombined
bythesecondgratingofthebi-gratingsystemtoformaclearnon-dispersivevirtualimageoftheobject[1,2],showsthe
diffractionimagingfunctionofthegrating[3].Thisimagingmethodisunique,andwhichimagingopticalpathis“Z”
shape,soitcanrealize“Barrieraroundtheconceptofobjects”withtheuprightvirtualimageandtheoriginalimage
coincided.Thesefeaturesmakeitwideapplicationandworthyresearch[4].Forcomfortableresearchand
teaching,“DiffractionImagingInstrument”[5,6]hasbeendeveloped,bywhichanewgratingdispersion-convergenceof
spectralimagingofnewphysicsexperimentiscreated.Thisexperimenthasbecomeaphysicscourseandpromotedin
somecolleges[7,8].ThisinstrumentisproducedbyInstrumentCo.,Ltd.ChengduBranchandnamedwithZWPGrating
diffractionimaginginstrument,whichisbeingappliedbymoreandmoreuniversities.
However,therearesomeinconveniencesfoundduringusingtheinstrument.Themainproblemisthepositionlocation
ofbi-gratingoperationwhichhardlyachievesthe“Z”shapethatisfitforimagingpath,especiallythediagonaldirection
deviationofthesecondgratingwhenitismovingintheplatform,whichleadstomeasurementerrorsforthebi-grating
diffractionimaging,andtheexperimentresultsareinaccurate.Furthermore,itcan

tbeoperatedeasilybymanual.
To
solvetheseproblemsandimprovetheefficiencyoftheinstrument,anelectroniccontrolplanhasbeenproposedand
executedtoexploreit.Andthen,theexperimentresultsarecomparedwithbeforereformundone.
