The Bachelor's thesis on the design of the Lidao Biansuchilun Box axlebox introduces the design of a multi-axis box, including the determination of part processing technology. In the design process, it is important to first understand the processing route of the workpiece and calculate the process steps. This involves determining the diameter of the threading spindle, selecting the motor model, and various components of the machine tool. Three drawings and one card are prepared (the processed parts process drawing, processing schematic, machine tool contact dimension drawing, and machine tool productivity calculation card). In the design of the multi-axis box, the transmission system is determined, the spindle coordinates are calculated, the transmission components are verified, and the overall drawing of the spindle box is completed. This design combines drilling and tapping processes into one, reducing machine costs, saving processing time, and improving work efficiency.
