外源亚精胺对盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和可溶性蛋白表达的影响

摘要: 采用营养液水培的方法,研究了叶面喷施亚精胺 (Spd) 对黄瓜幼苗生长和可溶性蛋白
的影响。 结果表明, 盐 胁迫条件下,外源 Spd 可使黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、根长和
根表面积显著增加,可溶性蛋白含量明显提高, 减弱部分分子量蛋白的表达量。 而 正常生 长
条件下,喷施外源 Spd 对各生长指标无明显影响,但显著提高了根系中可溶性蛋白的含量
。

随着处理时间的变化, 至少有 7 种分子量分别约为 67 kD
、
61.5 kD
、
50 kD
、
47 kD
、
43 kD
、
29 kD 和 16 kD 的 可溶性蛋白表达发生明显变化, 尤其使 61.5 kD
、
47 kD
和 43 kD 蛋白 表达量明显减弱, 50 kD 蛋白甚至消失,由此推断出这 4 种蛋白与外源 Spd 缓
解黄瓜幼苗盐胁迫伤害关系密切 。

Abstract: E ffects of exogenous spermdine (Spd) on growth , the soluble protein content and
expression was conducted with salinity- sensitive cucumber (
Cucumis sativus
L.) cultivar ‘ Jinchun
No. 2 ’ by hydroponic culture. Results showed that exogenous Spd significantly increased the
growth and the content of soluble protein under 50 m mol · L
-1
NaCl stress. Compared with the
control, exogenous Spd was not significantly different to growth indexes, but affected
significantly soluble protein content in roots. Seven proteins changed obviously at least, such as
67 kD, 61.5 kD, 50 kD, 47 kD, 43 kD, 29 kD and 16 kD protein . In comparion with salt stress ,
exogenous Spd could decrease significantly the expression of these proteins ,61.5kD
、
47kD and 4 3
kD,and could not detected 50 k D completely. E xogenous Spd significantly alleviated the injury to
seedlings, increased the content of soluble protein and decreased the expression of partial proteins.
So it was possible that these proteins have relations with exogenous Spd alleviat ing the effect of
salt stress in cucumber seedlings.
