As the development of global economic integration continues, e-commerce enterprises in China are facing a rapidly changing environment, which has made financial risks more diverse and complex. Financial risks are having an increasingly profound impact on e-commerce enterprises in China. It is especially important for e-commerce enterprises to effectively manage financial risks. Financial risks are inevitable and cannot be entirely eliminated or avoided. However, by predicting, preventing, and summarizing financial risks, e-commerce enterprises can minimize these risks and maximize their financial results. This paper, based on the current situation of e-commerce enterprises, starts with an understanding of financial risks, pointing out the issues such as a lack of awareness of financial risks, difficulties in financing, and a lack of risk management capabilities in e-commerce enterprises. Through analysis of these issues, the paper proposes targeted preventive measures, such as cultivating high-quality management talents, enhancing the management level of e-commerce enterprises, and establishing financial risk warning mechanisms. These measures aim to control financial risks in e-commerce enterprises and improve their ability to handle financial risks effectively.
