"基于多MCU通信的实时数据采集系统设计与应用研究"
The thesis proposed a real-time data acquisition system based on communication between multiple MCUs. The system is composed of a monitoring computer unit, data processing unit, bus isolator unit, receiving MCU, and data acquisition unit. The data processing unit communicates with multiple field collectors through point-to-point serial communication. Within the data processing unit, the data from various channels is processed in parallel by two CPUs, and the processed results are sent to the monitoring host in a serial manner. Meanwhile, data transfer between the acquisition unit and the processing unit, and between the processing unit and the computer, is done using an RS-485 bus. The sampled data is displayed, filtered, and stored using a programmable keyboard/display interface 8279 chip. The practical application has proven that this scheme has excellent real-time performance.
