Abstract. The high school mathematics experiment is the complement and supplement for the
traditional teaching, it also forms a part of the teaching activities. It has the function that can not be
replaced by traditional teaching in the practical value or the overall development of the students.
The nature of high school mathematics experiment is a practice course which contained kind of
thinking exploration and experimental verification. This article is about high school probability and
statistical experimental lesson, through questionnaire survey, reference to the new curriculum
standards, combined with GeoGebra, Excel and MATLAB to realize some experimental solution
and simulation, the paper doing the guidance work for high school students to accept information
technology and experimental exploration, the design of those contents also tries to practice the
teaching goal of "key competence" as far as possible. Our research can be as a significance
reference to the development of the experiment class of probability and statistics.
1. Introduction
With the rise of computers, knowledge has undergone revolutionary changes. Multimedia teaching
and distance education have entered modern life. In order to adapt to the development of the new
era, China's new curriculum reform for education: From 2014 to 2019, 19 provinces of China will
implement the major change of "no separation of science and culture" [1], Zhejiang province
entrance exam adopted the "7-choose-3" model and joined the subject "Communication
Technology" to prepare for selection in 2017. From the big trend, education pays more attention to
the innovative development and comprehensive practical ability will link the learning content more
closely to the reality of life and strive to reflect science and technology and advanced culture. In the
2016 Elementary and Junior High School Textbook Training Conference, Professor Shi Ningzhong
mentioned in the report "Revision of Senior High School Curriculum and Textbook Compilation"
that he encouraged students to join the "Mathematical Modeling" course of 0-5 hours, and the
development of the mathematics experiment course is also developing the student's learning process,
advocates the diversification of learning methods, changes the traditional mathematical teaching
concept, mathematics is not only the theoretical teaching of deductive reasoning, but the
mathematics experiment class can enable students to perceive the cultural charm of mathematics
from practice, and also to the existing knowledge, the process of verification and intuitive
reproduction.
