Based on the thesis "Design of a Speech Time Reporting System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer" by using Sunplus Technology, Inc. SPCE061A as the main controller, this paper introduces a speech time reporting system scheme. Combining the powerful voice function of SPCE061A, the system can report time and date. It is a speech time reporting system designed with the new Sunplus single-chip microcomputer as the controller. The scheme fully utilizes the single-chip microcomputer's powerful programming, voice processing, and interrupts, and it is easy to operate and modify, making it an ideal digital control system. The paper first introduces the development of the Sunplus single-chip microcomputer, followed by a detailed description of the composition principle and function of the Sunplus single-chip microcomputer SPCE061A. Based on its composition principle and instruction system, the software part of the speech time reporting system is designed, including the main program and voice playback program. Such single-chip microcomputers, especially in digital processing and voice processing, have obvious superiority, so the Sunplus SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer is used in this design, which can make the designed product more intelligent and advanced.
