With the increasing scale of student work-study programs and the growing number of students, the teaching resources are becoming increasingly scarce, and the requirements and difficulties of work-study programs are also increasing. The traditional part-time management model cannot cope with the increasingly complex management work, and it is an inevitable trend in teaching management to establish an efficient, scientific, and standardized part-time platform network management information system. In this study, we developed a part-time platform for college students using Eclipse language and mainly adopting the mainstream Java technology. The SSM framework was used for more convenient management of member information. For the database, we used the MySQL database, which is easy to develop and quick to get started.
