The monitoring system designed in this project is based on the concept of virtual instruments, utilizing the structure of computers to create a monitoring system using LabVIEW as its platform. This system focuses on collecting target source information and analyzing input signals to determine the stability of the system. The main process of the monitoring system includes data collection, input and output analysis, signal analysis, judgment, and result display. The data collected is input into the signal analysis module for analysis and judgment before being displayed as output. Experimental results have shown that the system can accurately receive and display data, determine the normality of system data, and be applied to general system monitoring within its scope. Furthermore, it can also be used in similar systems with comparable data input. The monitoring software generated through this method has excellent interactivity, high cost-effectiveness, simple implementation, and can be easily modified to meet the specific requirements of different systems. This approach provides a cost-effective solution for building data acquisition systems. The implementation of the monitoring and control system in the LabVIEW environment enables efficient monitoring and control of the testing system.
