摘要
应用有限体积 HWENOHermite Weighted Essentially NonOscillatory格式TVD Total Variation Diminishing
型 RungeKutta 法建立了溃坝流模型模拟了二维局部溃坝流和圆型溃坝流HWENO 格式的重构思想源于 WENO
重构区别在于前者在其运算过程中同时涉及函数值及其一阶导数值其优点是在收敛阶相同的情况下HWENO
重构需要较少的点因而 HWENO 重构较 WENO 重构更紧凑二维局部溃坝流的计算结果显示波前间断波在靠近
决口一侧的岸边形成雍水决口两端形成 个非对称的漩涡部分水位等高线尾部呈锯齿状而这些结果恰恰与决
口位置及决口两侧不对称堤坝瞬间溃决产生的溃坝波向后推进产生的实际物理现象相吻合并与已报道结果相
一致圆型溃坝的计算结果显示水位和流场均保持较好的对称性以上结果表明本文模型适合处理类似溃坝流的
浅水间断流运动

Simulation of twodimensional dam break flow
based on finite volume HWENO schemes

Abstract Dambreak flow is modeled by utilizing hermite weighted essentially nonoscillatory HWENO scheme
based on finite volume method and TVDtype RungeKutta approachThe model is used to simulate D partial dam
break flow and circular dambreak flowThe construction of HWENO scheme comes from the original WENO scheme
however both the function and its first derivative values are evolvedSo the major advantage of HWENO schemes over
the original WENO schemes is its compactnessThe results of D partial dambreak flow show that the front wave
formed backwater on the shore closed to the dam break of which two asymmetric spiral vortexes formed on the both
sides and some contours of the surface level have notched margin on the tailThese results coincide quite well with
the physical phenomena egthe location of the dam break both sides of which were asymmetric and the dam
break wave induced by dam failure progresses backwards and they also similar to other results presented in the litera
tures wellThe results of D circular dambreak flow show that both the water level and the velocity filed remain sym
metricAll of the above results show that this model is appropriate for dealing with discontinuous shallow water flow
such as dambreak flow
