[摘 要] 【目的】 了解大扁杏嫁接愈合过程中几种生化物质含量的变化 ,为提高大扁杏嫁接成活率提供理论依
据 。 【方法】 以 2 年生山杏实生苗为砧木 ,以大扁杏品种“龙王帽”1 年生枝条为接穗 ,通过带木质部芽接试验 ,对春季
和夏季大扁杏嫁接愈合过程中几种生化物质含量的变化进行了研究 。 【结果】 嫁接愈合过程中 ,嫁接苗形成层水分含
量与 2 年生山杏实生苗(对照苗)变化趋势基本一致 ,嫁接苗水分含量略低于对照苗 ,但二者相差不大 ;嫁接苗形成层
的可溶性蛋白含量在愈合过程中始终高于对照苗 ;愈合前期嫁接苗形成层木质素含量高于对照苗 ,后期低于对照苗 ;
嫁接苗多酚含量在愈合期间高于对照苗 ,且嫁接苗与对照苗形成层多酚含量变化趋势基本一致 ;春季芽接成活率为
85 .6% ,夏季芽接成活率为 92 .3% 。 【结论】 形成层高含量的可溶性蛋白 、对愈合起促进作用的多酚及前期高含量的
木质素 ,均有利于嫁接体的成活 ;在嫁接技术成熟的前提下 ,水分含量不是影响嫁接成活的重要因素 。

Abstract :【Objective】 This study was to find out the influence of biochemistry substances changes in
surviving process after grafting .【Method】 Two A rmeniaca varieties ,i .e .Prunus sibirical and Prunus ar‐
meniaca ,were employed as the plant materials .Two‐
y
ear‐old Prunus sibirical coming from seeds were
treated as rootstock (CK) .Full bud with xylem of one‐
y
ear trees of Prunus armeniaca (Long wangmao)
were selected to graft on Prunus sibirical (
g
rafted seedling ) .The change of several biochemistry sub‐
stances contents in formation of callus after grafting in spring and summer were studied .【Result】 The trend
of content change of cambium’s water of grafted seedling was basically the same in two years Prunus sibirial (con‐
trol seeding abbreviated as CK) and the grafted seedling ,the latter was just little lower than control seedling .There
were no or little difference in the content of water between grafted seedling and CK .The content of cambium of sol‐
uble protein of grafted seedling was higher than that of CK during the whole cicatrisation .The content of lignin of
g
rafted seedling in cambium was higher than that of CK in prophase of cicatrisation and lower than that of CK in
anaphase .The hydroxybenzene content of cambium of grafted seedling was higher than that of the CK during the
whole course of cicatrisation .And the trend of change was similar .the surviving ratio of the grafted seedling in
spring was 85 .6% and in summer was 92 .3% .【Conclusion】 High quantity of soluble protein ,stimulative hydroxy‐
benzene for cicatrisation and lignin in prophase would be good for the survival of grafted seedlings .In the precondi‐
