Simple manual calculation and management of rental bills are prone to errors, so there is a need for a complete leasing system to scientifically manage the process. Based on the process of steel material leasing and cost calculation, this paper develops a steel leasing system based on Java language, using the MVC design pattern and Hibernate framework technology to provide persistence services for the application. The system uses MySQL database as the storage object and adopts the B/S mode for easy management and relatively secure data. The system allows users to manage leasing clients, equipment types, rental orders, return orders and fund settlements, enabling reasonable leasing of steel materials, and facilitating users to rent the needed materials. The system also ensures the relative security of the system data.
