Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, especially network technology, the global trend of international internetization has ushered human society into a new information age. Due to the characteristics of the international internet that is not limited by time and geography, a new way of trading through the international internet, which is different from traditional trading forms, has emerged. In the next few years, the international internet will become the largest trading market in the world, with unlimited business opportunities. The emergence and development of e-commerce has brought great impact to international trade, and new problems have arisen as a result. For example, how to tax online transactions, how to ensure the security of transactions, the requirement of written form for transactions, confirmation of signatures, drafting of contracts, and transfer of electronic bills of lading. The solution to these problems directly relates to the development of online transactions. However, due to the lag of traditional laws, traditional laws have not been supplemented or amended for this new form of transactions, resulting in many derivative legal issues that are not regulated or adjusted by existing laws. This has made many businesses hesitate to engage in online transactions, affecting the rapid development of this business operation method. Therefore, actively strengthening the research on online transactions and establishing a flexible legal framework to regulate online transactions can not only safeguard the interests of all parties involved in online transactions, but also ensure the smooth progress of online transactions. This paper intends to discuss relevant issues.
