This design utilizes the Japanese Omron PLC CP1E-E40DR for the automation control of galvanization driving. Considering the operational environment of galvanization driving in the production site and the application prospects of automatic control technology devices in China, the goal of this design is to achieve automatic production and operation capabilities for galvanization driving. A comprehensive plan is established to use programmable controller (PLC) that is widely and adaptively applicable in current and future environments to control the entire workflow. The design first addresses the software and hardware of the system, providing the workflow diagram, hardware wiring diagram, PLC control I/O port allocation table, and overall program flowchart. Using CX-ONE as the programming software, ladder diagrams for the automatic control system of galvanization driving are designed. Through simulation experiments, the automatic control of galvanization driving is achieved, improving the production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
