With the advent of the Internet era and the rapid development of computer network technology, network management has become increasingly widespread. Establishing a B/S structured fixed assets management system will systematize and standardize the work of the fixed assets management system, improve the platform image, and enhance management efficiency. This fixed assets management system is aimed at the actual demands of the current fixed assets management system. It analyzes the problems that have existed in the past fixed assets management systems based on actual work, and combines the structure, concept, model, principles, and methods of computer systems. Taking advantage of various computer strengths, it adopts the most popular B/S structure, Java technology, MySQL database design and implementation.
This fixed assets management system mainly includes the following modules for the login administrator: home page, personal center, user management, item type management, asset equipment management, asset storage management, equipment application management, destruction information management, asset report management, chat information management, and chat reply management. The user module includes: home page, personal center, asset equipment management, asset storage management, equipment application management, destruction information management, asset report management, chat information management, and chat reply management, among others. It helps the fixed assets management system achieve informatization and networkization. Through testing, system design goals have been achieved. Compared to traditional management methods, this system effectively utilizes network data resources and reduces economic investment in the fixed assets management system, greatly improving the efficiency of personnel.
