基于单片机的温度远程显示系统的设计
摘要:
在我国经济飞速前进的同时,国民的生活质量也有显著提升,大家更加关注环境污染和保持自身健康。温度传感器在很多方面也得广泛的应用。如在冶金、钢铁等行业。在现行的工业环境下有百分之八十以上的工业都需要直面作业温度这个严肃的问题。
本设计凭借ATMEL 企业的一款AT89S52为核心,可以完成对当前环境温度的采集处理、显示和报警等功能。本设计使用锂电池,拥有很好的携带与适应性,而且可以用LCD1602屏显示操作,具备较好的人机对话设计。并且设计了声光报警,完成参数超标情况下及时报警。温度检测器体积轻巧、能耗小,使用容易。基于AT89S52的温度检测装置使用了计算机自动测试、微电子和自动控制技术,他拥有着信号采集方便、简单灵活性大、能提高测试温度技术指标等优点。

Abstract:
In our country's economic rapid progress at the same time, the national quality of life were significantly improved, people pay more attention to environmental pollution and maintaining their own health. Temperature sensors are widely used in many aspects, such as metallurgy and steel industries. In the current industrial environment, more than 80% of industries need to face the serious issue of operating temperature.
This design, based on the AT89S52 core from ATMEL Corporation, can complete functions such as temperature data collection, processing, display, and alarm in the current environment. This design uses a lithium battery, which has excellent portability and adaptability, and can be operated by an LCD1602 screen, allowing for a user-friendly interface. In addition, this design includes a sound and light alarm to provide timely alerts in case of exceedance of temperature parameters. The temperature detector is compact, low power consuming, and easy to use.
Based on the AT89S52, the temperature detection device in this design utilizes computer automated testing, microelectronics, and automatic control technology. It has the advantages of convenient signal acquisition, simple flexibility, and improved temperature testing technical indicators.
