It also points out the existing problems in the research field and provides reference for enterprises who are just beginning to explore the field of e-commerce. Finally, this paper gives a brief outlook on the future research directions.Keywords: e-commerce, business model, B2C, C2C With the continuous development of e-business, more and more enterprises begin to pay close attention to and make use of Internet technology. Research on business models of e-commerce enterprises has become a focus of experts and scholars, and a series of research results have been achieved in this field. In order to sort out and clarify the research level and current situation of relevant literature on the business models of e-commerce enterprises, this paper categorizes scholars' research perspectives on this topic into four categories: from the perspective of concepts, from the perspective of classifying e-commerce models, from the perspective of enterprises, and from the perspective of mobile e-commerce. Based on this, we summarize the research results of scholars in each perspective and point out the existing problems in their research, providing a reference for enterprises entering the field of e-commerce to choose or design business models. Finally, a brief outlook on future research directions is given.
