This paper plans to use Java technology and SSM to build the system framework, with MySQL database for information management, to design and develop an experimental platform for TCP/IP and network interconnection. Through research and analysis, the system includes three roles: administrators, teachers, and students, with functions such as personal center, student management, teacher management, class information management, announcement information management, experiment information management, experiment report management, report display management, student peer evaluation management, experiment score management, experiment reminder management, homework information management, student homework management, homework score management, class discussion management, experiment topic management, question management, system management, and examination management.
