In recent years, there has been increasing attention on the application of intelligent and automated technology in the toy manufacturing field. This article presents the design of an intelligent car control system - the Voice Controlled Car. The Voice Controlled Car is a representative product based on the SPCE061A, which is launched in conjunction with the 61 board and integrates many resources of the SPCE061A. The car uses voice recognition technology to control its driving state through voice commands. The main performance of SPCE061A and its pin functions are introduced first. The design of hardware functional modules such as power circuit, reset circuit, keyboard circuit, audio input circuit, audio output circuit, and wireless control circuit are then completed. The software design module can realize functions such as forward, backward, turning, stopping, obstacle avoidance, performing actions, and following lines for the intelligent car. Testing shows that under the premise of not too much environmental background noise and clear pronunciation by the controller, the voice recognition system of the Voice Controlled Car can intelligently respond to specific voice commands and perform limited expected actions. In conclusion, the Voice Controlled Car based on the single-chip microcomputer with its voice recognition system demonstrates a successful integration of advanced technologies in the toy manufacturing industry. Through the implementation of voice commands and intelligent responses, this system not only provides a fun and interactive experience for users but also showcases the potential for further advancements in automation and smart technologies in the field. This innovative design opens up new possibilities for the development of intelligent toys and highlights the importance of incorporating cutting-edge technology into traditional manufacturing processes.
