The development of information management systems has greatly improved the level of informatization in society. Traditional management methods have limitations in terms of time and location, whereas online management systems can meet these needs effectively. This study focuses on designing and implementing a college undergraduate learning and growth record system based on the springboot framework, aiming to address various learning-related issues in a simple and efficient manner. The paper describes the college undergraduate learning and growth record system, analyzing its background in the context of electronic management systems and proposing a design solution for its implementation. The main achievements of this thesis include the division of permissions among different users, with each user having different operational functions based on their specific roles. In the user module, users can register, login, view activity information, cadres information, rewards and punishments, scholarship evaluations, and edit personal information. In the administrator module, administrators have the authority to perform operations on user information, activity information, cadres information, rewards and punishments, scholarship evaluations, attendance records, and academic performance data.
