Firstly, the principles and structures of PLC are summarized, and then the research on single-chip microcomputer program modules is detailed, including the construction method and functional implementation of single-chip microcomputer program modules based on PLC. On this basis, a target program framework is designed for PLC compiled program design. In-depth analysis and experimental verification of PLC compiled program design are also conducted in this paper, verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the design. Through the research in this paper, it can be seen that the design of PLC compiled programs based on single-chip microcomputers has important application prospects and research value in the field of industrial automation control. This design can not only improve the stability and reliability of PLC systems but also accelerate the response speed and execution efficiency of PLC systems, enhancing the automation and intelligence level of industrial production. Therefore, the design of PLC compiled programs based on single-chip microcomputers has broad development space and practical significance, playing a positive role in promoting the development of industrial automation control technology and enhancing industry competitiveness.
