This paper introduces a microcontroller-based multi-parameter aerodynamic parameter testing system. In the development process of aircraft, aerodynamic force analysis, static and dynamic load strength (stiffness) of structures are very important. Based on a large amount of literature and with the help of the guidance teacher, the structure and performance of sensors were studied, and a multi-sensor aerodynamic parameter testing system was designed to test and collect multiple parameters such as surface pressure and temperature of wing models in wind tunnel blowing experiments. The paper discusses the design details of the data acquisition, control, and display parts. Considering the design requirements of dense testing points and small test surfaces, the advantages and disadvantages of various pressure, vibration, and temperature sensor components were analyzed. Small-sized sensor components were chosen according to the project needs, and the collected sensor analog signals were conditioned to obtain the required test results.
