The design introduces the principle of the ultrasonic distance measurement instrument based on SCMC-controlled: AT89C51 controls timers to produce the ultrasonic pulse and measure the time it takes for the ultrasonic wave to travel from emission to reception, thus obtaining the actual distance. In addition, temperature compensation is used in data processing to adjust and display the distance and temperature on a four-digit LED display. The entire hardware circuit is composed of modules such as the ultrasonic transmission circuit, ultrasonic reception circuit, power supply circuit, and display circuit. The signals from each probe are comprehensively analyzed and processed by the microcontroller, realizing various functions of the ultrasonic distance measurement instrument. Based on this foundation, the overall scheme of the system is designed, and each function module is realized through hardware and software. The relevant parts include hardware circuit diagrams and program flowcharts, giving the system composition, circuit principles, and program design. This system has advantages such as easy control, reliable operation, high measurement accuracy, strong readability, and clear processes.
