Temperature and humidity play a crucial role in our production and daily life. The temperature and humidity of warehouse environment are closely related to the storage of goods in the warehouse. However, conventional temperature and humidity measurement methods often fail to meet the needs of people. Therefore, the development of a high-performance, low-cost, real-time warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring system has become a focus of research in this field. This system design is based on an STM32 temperature and humidity monitoring system, mainly composed of an STM32F40ZGT6 development board (microcontroller system, power module, buzzer alarm circuit), temperature and humidity sensor module circuit, and Bluetooth transmission module. The software compiles a program to set the safe storage range of temperature and humidity in the warehouse. If the values exceed this range, an alarm is triggered. By combining software and hardware technologies, the accuracy and reliability of detection are greatly improved, providing warehouse personnel with an intelligent monitoring system. This allows for high-precision real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the warehouse, leading to more effective management. In conclusion, this STM32-based temperature and humidity monitoring system offers a cost-effective solution for warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring, ensuring the safety and quality of stored goods. This system provides warehouse operators with a reliable and efficient tool for maintaining optimal conditions within the warehouse environment. Through the integration of software and hardware technologies, the system enhances monitoring accuracy and provides real-time alerts for any deviations from the safe range of temperature and humidity. This ultimately contributes to better warehouse management and product quality control.
