。21st century, with the continuous advancement of China's economy and the increasing expectations of people's living standards, the number of private cars per capita continues to rise. Along with the tight land supply in recent years in China, the problem of parking difficulty has become more prominent. Although the use of multi-level parking garages has alleviated the current parking problem, many existing multi-level parking garages still face challenges such as high cost, low utilization rate, difficult promotion, and poor safety. Considering the current status of multi-level parking garages in the market and the actual environment in which they are used, this thesis focuses on theoretical research and software design of the electrical control system based on PLC. The multi-level parking garage studied in this project has the advantages of low development difficulty, low manufacturing cost, and low energy consumption, making it especially suitable for residential areas and workplaces. These advantages will play a positive role in the promotion of multi-level parking garages. In conclusion, the research and software design of the electrical control system for the multi-level parking garage based on PLC is of great significance in improving the efficiency and safety of parking facilities in China. The application of this system can effectively alleviate the parking difficulties faced by residents and employees, and promote the sustainable development of urban transportation. This project contributes to the improvement of parking facilities and the overall urban infrastructure, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for the people in China.
